• Use Internet Explorer whenever possible. We have experienced difficulties receiving product data when vendors upload using Foxfire browser.
• The script powering the form does restrict the size of the attachments. Unknowingly attaching 10 different files, each 3Mb in size, will definitely cause that to fail. Adhering to the size guidelines for each image given in the form, will make it safe. If you have much larger images, use the FTP page.
